Shipping times vary based on the selected method. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited options can arrive within 1-3 business days. International orders may take longer depending on customs processing. We ask that you give us 1-3 business days to prepare the shipment to be sent out.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Liquid core dice are specially made dice that contain a liquid (usually water) and another addition (glitter, a ball containing a cats face on it, etc.). Be careful when leaving liquid core dice out in the cold, as the water may freeze and cause damage to the dice.

We are open Tuesday to Sunday 12PM-7PM, Friday and Saturday 11AM-8PM, and Sunday 12PM-5PM. We are closed on Mondays. If you need to contact us outside of operating hours, we will get back to you as soon as we can.
