Returns

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If your dice don’t meet expectations, arrive damaged, or have missing parts, please reach out to us at info@dragonheart.ca within 30 days of receiving your order. We’re here to help and will do our best to make it right.


We can offer an exchange or replacement, depending on stock availability, or a full refund that includes shipping costs. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.


To qualify for a return, your dice must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and in their original packaging. We’ll cover the cost of return shipping by providing a shipping label, and your refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the item.


The following items are not eligible for returns:
• Gift Cards: Items purchased with gift cards are only eligible for store credi

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund. The credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange or replace your item, provided we have inventory available.


If the item you want is unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund instead. Please understand that due to our small business size, we may not always have every colour or style in stock and are unable to order replacements in small quantities.

Shipping

Please be aware that shipping times and any additional VAT or customs fees are outside of our control. International shipments, in particular, may experience delays.


Shipping times for exchanged products can vary based on your location.
